Way too small, order next size up.

The onesies themselves are fine. Nice and thin and perfect for under clothes. But, giving 3 stars due to size. It's hard to find 4T onesies, so was happy to see these. However, I'm afraid they fit more like a 3T, especially after washing. (Note my son is big for his age, 41lbs 39 inches tall) So, maybe slimmer children will not have problem w/ the size.

I have been buying Gerber onesies for my child since birth. They have always run small for him, and this does too. He is 2 1/2 yrs old and this 3T size fits just right. he will probably outgrow it in the next few months (but that's okay b/c hopefully he'll be potty-trained by then and we will no longer be using onesies). My child has always been 25-50 percentile on his growth chart. Good quality cotton. Comfy. I use it to keep him warm, as an extra layer.
