I bought these for my baby because she has to crawl on tile and hard wood floors. They do the job, but the elastic bands are pretty tight for chubby legs. My baby is around 30lbs and about 30" (a year old), and she's got chubby thighs, and these leave marks. They don't bother her, but I try to take them off a couple times a day to give the cinching a break, or move them up or down so that it's not marking the same place the entire day. These don't help with blocking the shins if your baby crawls up on stairs or over bumps on the floor.

I love these knee pads! My daughter used to get carpet burn on her knees unless she was wearing pants..these knee pads allow her to wear shorts and skirts and not hurt her knees when crawling. They seem very comfortable and soft with a thick pad over the knee and they look cute too. I also bought a cheaper pair from another company and they would have worked just as well but they were a little too snug on her chubby legs. Definitely worth the money

I like the idea of this but the round piece that protects the knees easily slides off when son was trying to crawl on the tiles. Still awaiting to hear back from the shipper about returning instructions and have not heard any response even after the second request.
